For each project we co-ordinate the evidence route across the disciplines that decide whether a structure package is buildable and approvable:
- Structural: load paths, interfaces, tolerances and connection logic.
- Thermal & airtightness: U-values, junction detailing, thermal modelling and test support.
- Fire: evidence route, assumptions and responsibilities for the structure package.
- Acoustic: separating and interface performance, evidence and ownership.
- Warranty & building control: the accreditation and evidence route.
- QA & handover: on-site QA audit and defect-free weathertight handover record.
Structural, thermal, fire and acoustic assumptions left unresolved until the project hits site are typically significantly harder to change.
